Honourable Speaker, it is now well documented and generally understood that South Africa faces a quadruple burden of disease. Many other countries are faced only with a double burden.
These four are:
Travel Coordinator

Health Systems Trust wishes to appoint a Travel Coordinator to provide support to the organisation. The post is based at our Durban (Westville) office

Health Systems Trust wishes to appoint a Receptionist to provide reception and administrative support to the organisation in our Cape Town office.

Fleet Administrator

Health Systems Trust wishes to appoint a Fleet Administrator to provide administrative support in managing the organisation’s vehicle fleet. The position is based at our Durban (Westville) office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll / HR Officer
Health Systems Trust (HST) wishes to appoint a Payroll/HR Officer to manage the payroll and provide administrative support functions. The post is based at our Durban office.
This is a one year, fixed-term contract position, renewable based on funding and performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assume responsibility for payroll and specified administrative functions in the Human Resources department.

Extra-couple relationships a significant driver of HIV epidemic
Heterosexual couples in long-term relationships who have sexual encounters outside their established partnership (extra-couple relationships) are one of the main drivers of the HIV epidemic in sub-Saharan Africa, according to new research published in The Lancet journal.
The researchers added that their mathematical model showed that transmission within cohabiting couples occurred largely from men to women.

Leadership Mentor

Health Systems Trust wishes to appoint a Leadership Mentor to provide technical assistance to maximise district and sub-district leadership by building local capacity in OR Tambo District that is supported by the Sustainable Response to HIV and AIDS (SA SURE) project. SA SURE aims to strengthen local capacity to provide sustainable HIV and TB-related care and treatment services. This is a one year, fixed-term contract positions, renewable based on funding availability and performance.
