Bottled water not as clear as a spring, study finds

Several brands of South African bottled water may not be as fresh and crystal-clear as a mountain spring - and often contain high counts of common bacteria that could potentially be harmful to people with weakened immune systems. This is according to the Gauteng-based water utility Rand Water, which tested the shelf life of five brands of locally bottled water in a year-long study.
