The purpose for which ISEqH was formed is to promote equity in health and health services internationally through education, research, publication, communication and charitable support.

ReproLine was developed by JHPIEGO, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University. JHPIEGO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health of women and families throughout the world, works to increase the number of qualified health professionals trained in modern reproductive healthcare, especially family planning. ReproLine was developed to provide all JHPIEGO trainers continued contact with JHPIEGO, support for their training activities and tools for their professional development. Everything on the ReproLine site is provided to support the needs of trainers in their many roles.

A computerised source of demographic and socio-economic statistics for 227 countries and areas of the world. It is maintained by the US Census Bureau's International Programs Center. Some of the major types of data available in the IDB include: population by age and sex as well as vital rates, infant mortality and life tables.

Is a source for global information on HIV/AIDS medicine, prevention, and policy issues. Also contains regional and country-level analyses of key policy issues. HIV Insite is based at the University of California San Francisco.

The Council conducts biomedical, social science, and public health research and helps build research capacities in developing countries.
