DESCRIPTION:

The project offers support and capacity building in information management and planning to identified facilities, and the districts within which they are located, that did not reach the expected targets during the HCT campaign.
OBJECTIVES:
  • To identify the reason for poor performance in terms of HCT, PMTCT, ARV and IPT data from identified facilities
  • To provide recommendations on improving performance • To provide capacity to the districts in which the identified facilities lie
