2nd International Health Conference: Reshaping the Nursing Landscape

Hosted by: Department of Nursing Education, University of the Witwatersrand, Venue: Crowne Plaza, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa Reshaping the Nursing Landscape calls on the profession to respond with a new frame of mind and new insights on: * Educating health professional with reference to new settings, creative approaches, partnerships and models * Clinical practice, research and care in relation to health priorities such as HIV/AIDS * Health informatics, technology and human resources for health * Context and trends such as socio-political, philosophical, paradigmatic, cultural and ethical-legal A half day interactive workshop will take place on 21 June 2002 which will be conducted by the invited speakers and will provide participants with the opportunity to interface directly and experientially with experts with the aim of developing specific professional and research skills.
