Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences 24th Annual Congress

Academy Congress: The School of Pharmacy and Pharmacology at University of Durban-Westville will be hosting the Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences 24th Annual Congress on 7-10 September 2003 at the Holiday Inn Elangeni, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The theme for this congress is Emerging Health Care Priorities:Towards Optimal Drug Therapy. Leading international experts will present the latest developments on areas such as drug discovery, development of novel drug delivery systems, AIDS and infectious diseases and pharmacotherapy. The congress further represents the annual forum to highlight current novel South African research in the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry and engineering, pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical technology, pharmacology, and community/hospital pharmacy practice. We also intend to hold specific sessions dedicated to Industrial Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice.
