Managing health welfare and community sustainability draws its foundation from improved planning and substantial training of health professionals and equipping them with necessary skills to fully articulate their duties. An increasing investment into information technology is growing within health institutions as a means of improving quality of care and reducing costs of administrative services. Computer and information systems represent a consolidated medium to operational planning and risk management.

Rural Communities continue to suffer enormously from isolation and scarce resources but this infrastructural development remains a pivotal source of conservation and application of information as an enterprise integration of application of fundamentals of health management.
