This fee covers:

• day registration for both days including teas and lunches
• a conference pack and bag
• a CD with all HST publications over the last 15 years, and
• attendance at the Gala dinner

Please note that this fee DOES NOT include, accommodation, travel, ground transportation or any other associated costs.
