Percentage of facilities with data discrepancies

DefinitionPercentage of health facilities that reported signifant discrepancies and inconsistencies in record-keeping and collection of monitoring information.

Defined for various types of information as:
STI clients - discrepancy of >10% in records of number of STI clients seen after 3 rounds of validation.

Male condoms - discrepancy of >=50% in records of number of male condoms distributed.
