Immunisation drop out rate (DTP3-measles)

Definition	The percentage of children who dropped out of the immunisation schedule between the third dose (normally at 14 weeks / 3.5 months) and the first measles dose (normally at 9 months). The DTP-Hib numbers are used for this purpose.
