Nurses per 100 000 population
| Definition | Ratio of the number of nurses (nursing personnel) to the population (per 100 000).
Note that the measure of the number of personnel may differ for the public and private sectors and also that the population may be adjusted to be the population assumed to be dependent on that sector. |
