Childhood Disability Research ProjectThe Childhood Disability Research Project is committed to researching diverse aspects of childhood disability in Southern Africa in order to provide information and knowledge which will positively influence the lives of disabled children and their families. Recognizing that little or no co-ordinated or integrated research has been done regarding childhood disability and that without information, policies and programmes which could impact on the lives of disabled children and their families can not be formulated or implemented, the Childhood Disability Research Project was established in October 2000 in the School of Health Systems and Public Health at the University of Pretoria.Read more at: http://shsph.up.ac.za/disability/home.htm
