Service Providers are to honour pricing for a period of 30days from submission.
If you are not contacted within 30 days of closing date, please consider your submission unsuccessful.

HST at its discretion may modify any specifications before the contract is awarded, Terminate services /contract due to poor performance:
Failure to deliver goods within agreed timelines
Goods delivered are of poor quality or incorrect specification.
